Full Job Description

Our rapidly growing service company is looking for a project manager to join their team. The person in this role will be responsible for managing and overseeing assigned installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that such projects are completed to customer satisfaction on time and within budget.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

• Manages and directs the work of PGAC’s technicians and subcontract labor to ensure completion of installation projects, including verification that job site is ready for commencement of project and that subcontractors maintain appropriate schedule and perform work properly.
• Attends to other matters and duties necessitated by operations in his/her area and/or assigned by Manager
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
• Supervise the installation of various Access Control and CCTV systems according to engineered drawings.
• Conduct in house and job site meetings.
• Control costs and invoicing.
• Ability to financially forecast projects from start or project through to completion
• Able to write and manage “Scope of work” for subcontractors
• Create and execute project schedules.
• Conduct job analysis identifying labor and material shortages.
• Local travel to job sites
• Must be able to identify and resolve issues that would have a negative impact on job productivity.
• Thoroughly complete all necessary paperwork relating to job, such as site documents and as-built drawing mark ups.
• Ensure site-specific safety programs are followed.

Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree or relevant experience in industry (1 year)
• Construction, access control, security, CCTV experience preferred
• Valid Drivers license

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

The Technicians need to be experienced in providing service and installation of Auto Gate keypads, running system wiring and so forth. The Primary Technician requires one (1) or more years’ experience in the installation, programming, and servicing of CCTV systems. The Support Technician requires basic training in low voltage electronics and basic knowledge of CCTV systems.
